MTI Lighting
Specialists' has developed the LightScape Program to provide
Michigan communities with a variety of streetscape designs,
including parking facility upgrades. Decorative lighting
fixtures and poles are an important design element for
streetscapes and campus projects, while proper lighting in
parking facilities remains essential to the safety and well
being of the community. From the inception of the LightScape
Program, it has been MTI's goal to provide our customers
with innovative, integral and quality service throughout the
project.
In-House Engineering and Design
MTI provides in-house engineering for streetscape
and parking facility designs using an AutoCAD R-14 program.
This gives us the ability to modify a standard model and
conceptualize a custom design that can be engineered within
a short lead-time at an affordable price. We provide a wide
range of choices when planning your streetscape design. The
vast array of poles, luminaires, banner arms, receptacles,
outdoor seating and much more, assures that your project
will be customized to meet your every need.
Installation
With all of our own equipment and in-house
installation crews, MTI has the ability to implement your
streetscape projects efficiently, effectively and most
importantly affordably. MTI also has the capability and
equipment to provide underground directional boring. Our
installation services range from the installation of
pedestrian and residential street pole applications, street
sign poles, mailboxes, parking meters and municipality
traffic poles.
Maintenance
MTI provides this unique service to keep street
lamps evenly illuminated and poles properly maintained. Our
professional crews will inspect city or privately-owned lamp
posts that may be defective or deteriorating and determine
if any maintenance and/or replacement is required. Our crews
will provide the customer with a maintenance log for each
pole. MTI also has the ability to stock material in our
12,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
Financing
MTI Lighting Specialists, Inc. provides a
single-source financing program to our customers. Through
our monthly payment program, we offer customers the option
to implement streetscape projects with no capital
expenditure. This allows all municipalities to implement
