"As a non-profit organization, The Salvation Army is not only a good steward of public donations, but must control its costs to maximize its resources in our assistance to others. When MTI Lighting Specialists contacted  us with a proposal to reduce our electrical costs, we saw this as an opportunity to conserve funds for other programs. We carefully reviewed the proposal including checking references, and all indications were a potential for significant savings. Thus far, we have converted six locations with eleven others studied and proposed. The installation was performed quickly and with no disruption of our operations. "After a detailed survey and study of our electric bills, MTI Lighting Specialists made a number of recommendations including ways to reduce our wattage usage while still maintaining the recommended light levels typically considered appropriate for an office environment. As a non-profit organization, we continually monitor our bottom line and look for ways to improve.
